The short version of the rules

The referral must be submitted before the person applies or has already entered our recruiting process.
It needs to be a bona fide referral — someone you actually know and are genuinely introducing to us.
Self-referrals and immediate-family/household referrals aren't eligible.
The candidate must confirm that you were the person who referred them.
Only one referral reward is paid per hire. If more than one person refers the same candidate, the first eligible referral we received gets credit.
The candidate must be hired within 12 months of the referral and remain actively employed for 90 days before the reward is paid.
Staffing agencies, professional recruiters, and anyone being paid separately to source the candidate aren't eligible.
Hive Motor Group makes the final eligibility determination and may change or end the program prospectively.
